Roy Hibbert struggles to stand up following elbow from LeBron James

Wednesday night's matchup between the Miami Heat and the Indiana Pacers featured something for everyone. There were big dunks, tough defense and a lot of hostility.

With both teams playing hard at both ends of the floor, elbows were bound to fly, and they did. In the fourth quarter, Roy Hibbert went up to block LeBron James' layup attempt and caught an errant elbow to the jaw. The 7-2 big man hit the deck hard.

Hibbert's teammates tried to help the big man up, but clearly he was not ready to stand on his own two feet.

The bigger they are, the harder they fall. LeBron was called for a flagrant foul on the play.

The Pacers emerged victorious 84-83.
